Hi, I’m Paula Cave, the founder of Suds, a vegan and natural skincare company born out of a lifelong passion for nature and wellbeing.

I grew up in a quiet Nottinghamshire village with my single dad, who filled our allotment with homegrown vegetables and herbs. That early love of the natural world has stayed with me ever since.

After completing a Master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology and spending 10 years working in behavioural sciences for the government, I followed my heart into herbalism, earning a Diploma in Master Herbalism. Combining my scientific background with my love of plants, I began creating skincare that is both natural and effective — and that’s how Suds was born.
