Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a 30 day money back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@sudsmk.co.uk within that time (with your order number or receipt) if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods that have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if products have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product by recorded delivery and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore it is advised that you take out insurance when offered by the post office cashier. Suds will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Designs may vary slightly from those pictured as everything is hand made. When soaps are made during hot, humid weather they take on a lilac colour. This is completely normal and is unavoidable. 

With a little love and care you will prolong the lifespan of your Suds product so you can enjoy it for as long as possible.

Keep soap and shampoo bars away from the stream of water, preferably on a soap dish with drainage holes.

Don’t let soap or shampoo bars sit in water or they will become mushy very quickly.

Keep unused bars stored in a cool, dry place (below 30°C). A linen cupboard is a great idea plus your linen will smell clean and fresh. Keep any product containing any butter (mango, shea, cocoa etc) stored below 24C.

Keep bars away from direct sunlight to avoid loss of scent and colour.

We cannot replace or refund items where the product care guidance has not been followed.
